I’ll admit it, I have a slight addiction to items that are turquoise. Husband thinks turquoise is a “feminine” color and scorns me a little when he notices I have added a new turquoise item to our home. Sometimes he will buy a turquoise item for me though so I think he secretly loves turquoise. In an effort to feed my addiction I occasionally search the word “Turquoise” just to see what comes up. I did this today and the results were not disappointing, below are some of the beauties I found.
I have a couple of hanging baskets like this three tier one in my home. These are great for storing onions, potatoes and garlic they allow air in so moisture doesn’t build up preventing mold. Both of mine are copper, maybe I need one more?
We live in the desert and have to drink a ton of water. It actually helps me drink more water if I like my water bottle. I am willing to splurge on a glass bottle like this glass bottle with silicone sleeve to avoid toxins that can be hidden in plastics.
These velvet hangers are a perfect way to sneak in some turquoise! I changed my closet to these hangers before I got married and I love them. My clothes never fall off them and they are not bulky like those white plastic hangers so you can fit more clothing into a smaller space.
A lot of items that are made to look vintage are turquoise like this ceramic kitchen canister. OK, it’s kind of mint but to me that’s in the spectrum of turquoise too.
Another vintage looking piece! This bread bin would be a perfect addition to any counter…although it would probably be noticed by Husband.
This Pyrex measuring cup is defiantly going on my birthday wish list! So cute and practical!
These mesh laundry bags for delicates are actually a must have for all homes. I use some like these, I foolishly purchased some with out searching for turquoise ones. I used to have the issue of my camisoles tangling up with long sleeve items. Now I put the camisoles in one of these bags are their delicate straps are safe in the wash.
